Great direction
starts with
a conversation.
Bring the ambition, the challenge or the idea you want to explore. Tell us where your business is now and what you want advertising to achieve.
Start your brief
Email your brief directly, or shape it using the form below.
The starting point
Your ambition.
Your words.
A short brief is enough to begin. Describe the offer, the audience and the change you want to make. Timing, budget and open questions help give the conversation direction.
This tool prepares an email draft. Review it, then send it from your own email app. Nothing is submitted while you write.
What makes a useful brief? ↗Your enquiry / Optional working notes
Put your question into words.
Start with what you know. Use a short business summary, without passwords, account credentials or customer records.
What do you offer, who is it for, and what advertising or assets do you already have?
Describe a useful outcome. Include timing or budget context if known; uncertainty is fine.
What would you like to ask about availability, scope, fees, evidence or responsibilities?
The draft / Yours to edit
Edit this text freely. After you edit it, changes to your notes will only replace it when you choose Rebuild from notes.
Your notes stay in this page and are cleared when you leave. Copy saves text to your clipboard. Open email draft hands a draft to your email app for you to review and send; it does not send an enquiry.
You can also email [email protected]. If no email app opens, copy the address and summary into your preferred email service.

Enquiry information
Your draft.
Your control.
Your notes stay in this page until you choose to copy them or open an email draft. You control what you send.
While you are writing
The composer keeps your notes and summary in this page. It does not send them to a form endpoint or save a persistent draft. Leaving the page clears the working text; copy anything you want to keep before navigating away. Reset clears your notes, topic choice and edits.
If you edit the summary directly, later changes to your notes do not overwrite it. Choose Rebuild from notes only when you want to replace the edited summary.
When you choose Copy summary
The copy button asks your browser to put the visible summary on your clipboard. If clipboard access is unavailable, it selects the text so you can use your device’s Copy command. Text copied to your device can remain there after you leave this page.
When you choose Open email draft
The link passes the recipient address, subject and summary to your chosen email application. Review the recipient and text there before sending. Opening a draft does not send a message, and this page cannot confirm whether your email app opened or whether you sent it.
For summaries longer than 1,500 characters, the email link opens a short reminder instead. Copy the complete summary and paste it into the draft. If no email app opens, copy the address and summary into your preferred email service.
What to share in an initial enquiry
Use a brief business description and questions about the work. Do not include passwords, account credentials, customer records or payment details. Ask how any information needed later should be shared.
This section explains the draft tool only. For questions about how correspondence is handled after you send it, contact [email protected] before sharing sensitive information.
